Discussion Requests

Can you write about…? How do I…? Have you ever…? Can you tell me…?

I’ve been getting a bunch of ‘offline’ questions from people with requests for articles on subjects with which they struggle. From ‘How can I access the data in my SQL database without knowing SQL?’ to ‘Can you tell me where my Outlook file is stashed on my computer?’ to ‘How can I tell if my website is safe from hackers?’ to ‘What are iGoogle and Google Reader, anyway?’

The questions are about a myriad of topics. I’d far prefer to write about subjects which people want to hear about, rather than ones that I find interesting (though I would hope most of them would overlap – and they do tend to).

So, please send any requests for articles to info@yourtechtamer.com and we’ll see what we can do to accommodate you! After all, you are the ones who say whether or not we’re successful!!!

NOTE: None of the tools mentioned in this blog are paid ‘plugs’. I’m writing from my personal experience, or what I’ve read elsewhere. If someone ever WERE to pay me for writing about their ‘stuff’, I’d be sure to mention that right in the body of the blog. Otherwise, just assume that this is simply me talking and my opinions, from my experience.

Look forward to hearing from you soon,

Sandy

Fabulously designed site with a touch of color and a whole lot of enlightenment! Informative, yet friendly, that is, in-depth knowledge without the sterile attitude! I regret I didn’t check in sooner!

Thank you, Sandy, for your upbeat attitude in teaching and helping!

I’m extremely impressed with your writing skills as well as with the layout on your blog. Is this a paid theme or did you customize it yourself? Anyway keep up the nice quality writing, it is rare to see a nice blog like this one nowadays..

      Hi, Estaban!!

I’m glad that you like the blog. This is NOT a paid theme…it is one of the ones available on WordPress. I chose it because my main website (http://www.yourtechtamer.com) utilizes bright colors and I wanted to carry that across to the blog.

I hope that you’ll keep visiting!

What a great web log. I spend hours on the net reading blogs, about tons of various subjects. I have to first of all give praise to whoever created your theme and second of all to you for writing what I can only describe as fabulous articles. I honestly believe there is a skill to writing articles that only very few possess and honestly you’ve got ‘it’. The combination of demonstrative and upper-class content is by all odds super rare with the astronomic amount of blogs on the cyberspace.
